Fast, simple and effective, Krav Maga is quickly becoming one of the most popular forms of self-defence based martial arts in the world. If you’re looking to learn this technique, you’re always welcome to along to our friendly classes in London.

Developed in the 1930s by Imi Lichtenfeld, this is a modern martial arts technique which combines methods from boxing, wrestling and other sports. Unlike many other martial arts, which originate in Japan and China, it has its roots in Czechoslovakia and then later in Israel when Imi was asked to develop Krav Maga for the Israeli Military forces.

Imi grew up in a hostile part of the country where he often had to deal with violent gangs; Krav Maga was therefore developed to deal with real problems encountered on the street. It can help you deal with both armed and unarmed attacks.

Rated five-stars, our Krav Maga Basics course is an excellent introduction to this martial art and ideal for anybody based in South London.

We also have intermediate and advanced classes for anybody who already has experience in Krav Maga. If you subscribe for 6-12 months, you can enjoy up to 4 months of training free.

We are part of the FEKM (European Federation of Krav Maga) which was created by Richard Douieb in 1997 who was given the responsibility for developing Krav Maga in Europe by Imi himself. The FEKM is one of the largest and most well-respected Krav Maga organisations in the world.
